Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities
Reviews of onboarding documents and ensuring candidate are scheduled for onboarding for day 1.
Handling high volumes of pre hire documents
Ensure to daily review of pre hires record and update the required system’s on timely manner to keep pre hire record’s updated and work ready on Day 1.
Responsible of creating slack channel, Offering ID for Onboarding sessions.
Audit and review all new hire documents as per the statutory and company requirements.
Ensure employee data collected at Onboarding stage reaches HR system(s) in a timely manner.
To be available to support other Onboarding roles (Delivery of sessions, Documentation & Review on tool filled forms)
Preparing ahead for laptop for pre hires.
Our Onboarding Success Coordinator is responsible of pre hire documentation review in the tool. The targets for achieving readiness of Online documentation forms of candidate on day 1 at the organisation. Also ensure the review work are with the time lines agreed with other stake holders. This role is an integral part of the HR Talent Acquisition team and work cross-functionally with other areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition Partners and coordinators. This role will be reporting to the Regional Onboarding Leader and will be part of IBM’s Global Onboarding team.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
0-3 years of working experience
Relevant work experience in Onboarding/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/ Background Check Verfication.
Good knowledge in excel and data reporting.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Excel experience in pivot tables, VLOOKUP – Looking for hires who use MS excel in current role to report and manage data.
Good verbal and written language skills, Proficiency in English, Content creation.
Prefer to have hires from Tyre 1 companies which has volume hiring with relevant experience in TA/Onboarding.
