Brief Role Description:
Team Member, AMC CVBU claims Management entails processing CVBU AMC claims in accordance with the established guidelines, maintaining the necessary documentation, and responding to dealer queries.
Job Roles & Responsibilities –
AMC Administration : –
Process CV AMC claims in accordance with the guidelines.
Able to do technical root cause analysis on Commercial vehicles failure.
Adherence to daily targets.
Analyse data with focus on reducing AMC expense.
Monitor any malpractices in the estimate and arrest the same, cost control, maintain hygiene in file process.
Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) is met as per business std.
Customer centric approach
Teamwork and Communication : –
Responsible for own learning and development with guidance from team leader/ manager
Ensure a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups
Effective communication of issues across the TMLBSL and working groups
Ability to work with flexible job duties & shift and scope of work.
Desire to learn & achieve more
Technical Skill required :
– Minimum 3 years of Technical & Practical work experience on Commercial vehicles in automobile dealer/service center/workshop.
– Experience in Automotive industry or automotive dealer/service centre as Service advisor / Warranty Manager / Senior Technician with hands-on experience of failed parts root cause analysis
– Good communication (written & verbal) and analytical skill.
Educational Qualification
10 th /12 th + Diploma in Automobile, 15 th + NCVT Motor mechanic, 15 th + ITI (Automobile/ Motor Vehicle Mechanic) ITI.
Language Proficiency Marathi, Hindi, English
Experience Required Minimum 3 Years
