Your Role and Responsibilities
This senior role will be involved in several areas including Systems Administration, Powershell Scripting, Microsoft and Linux operating system support, Deskside Technical SME, M365 security policy implementation, Cloud Migration, Azure Administration, project management, and zero touch desktop deployment. This role will lead a Zero Touch desktop/laptop deployment project for a new client. The role will include tasks to design and implement a zero-touch deployment approach that will transform our client’s device management process into to an innovative service which both saves costs and improves end user experience and productivity.
This project will:
Work with client to review their Windows 10 environment reviewing current Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Image Management, Persona Definitions and Electronic Software Distribution methods.
Develop and test the Unified Windows 10 Image based on client requirements and IBM best practices.
Conduct Group Policy Object (GPO) and Persona Workshop with client stakeholders to determine persona and GPO definitions
Conduct OEM Staging and Imaging Workshop with client’s OEM third-party providers (i.e. Dell, Apple and Lenovo)
Work with client to develop Complete the Acceptance testing
