Your Role and Responsibilities
Learning Experience Designer:
General Description: Applies knowledge of current learning models and determines the best instructional strategy using knowledge of adult learning theory to meet customer learning expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gathers, reviews, and validates customer requirements
Identifies and understands client objectives and user requirements
Acquires and understands client source materials
Organizes content into meaningful learning chunks
Creates design documents as deliverables within the content development process
Lead QA / Tester:
General Description: Lead an team of QA and Testers requiring the integration and testing of hardware and software solution components in a well-defined learning solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for performing tests on all learning solution deliverables through successive testing steps, ensuring that Learning Design and Development services are delivered consistently and effectively to all employees and/or viewers.
Activities may include developing appropriate plans, procedures, testing environment and data, and performing system level configuration and testing. Coordinate quality assurance tasks throughout the project development cycle for larger initiatives.
In addition, this role tests associated applications and systems from a technical perspective if part of the learning solution.
Quality Assurance Testing is skilled in performing end-user testing which can include one or more of these tests: identifying grammar, style, and standards adopted by customer specification, accessibility, functionality, links, and visual checks for text and graphic images.
During each of these testing steps, issues that are found must be precisely reported on a review form spreadsheet so that the progress is recorded throughout the course of testing as it lists peripheral information, issues, their categories, status, and history of testing.
In addition, responsibility for evaluating the non-functional requirements for testability and participate in the review of the technical acceptance criteria.
They develop the test scenarios and test cases for verifying that the learning solution is built right.
Usually considered a technical expert in their field, they focus on testing of Performance, Security, Load and Capacity, Networks and Infrastructure as
