Your Role and Responsibilities

Ensuring Cloud Software services meet regulatory and security compliance requirements.

Drawing up secure policies and procedures.

Audit readiness and execution

Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.

Innovate and turn new ideas into reality with automation and standardization as a guiding principle.

Work collaboratively across functional areas.

Take ownership of assignments & drive them to completion.

Problem determination, debugging, and resolution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

7+ years of relevant industry experience.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Able to present at executive reviews.

Level of professionalism when working collaboratively across functional areas

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience with security and compliance requirements (ISO27K, NIST, NIS)

At least 2 years of experience with secure release readiness requirements.

Internal IBM and external regulatory requirements.

Policy and procedure creation.

Risk management methodology

Market evolution and trends in security

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with cloud transformation risk management journey.

Practical knowledge of security in application development, DevSecOps, and threat modelling.
