Your Role and Responsibilities

CICS TX is a transaction processing middleware in Cloud platform that run critical businesses across finance, insurance and manufacturing domains. We are looking for candidates who have a passion to deliver solutions to Global customers applying modern Engineering Agile Practices. We are looking for a full stack developer with passion to deliver high quality product to customers. You will be working as a part of highly innovative team with more than 50% of them being patent holders. In the CICS TX team, we own all of product responsibility which means members of the team not only have an opportunity to work on technically highly challenging tasks but also get exposure to work with real time customers worldwide. This provides flexibility of the team will help spread the wings across all phases of software development, support and services, which is extremely rare too and is very beneficial for anyone’s career. As a part of your job role , you will be a full stack developer in CICS TX product that drives business and economies across the world. The role provides you an opportunity to grow into architects, leads or product development managers over a period of time. We will help achieve your goals by continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions.

As a full stack developer of the product team, you will

• Understand the future of requirements through customer and Offering Manager interactions

• Develop the product and develop enhancement features in the IBM CICS TX

• Write test cases into automation framework to cover the features

• Address fixes related to the feature from the field.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A minimum of 2 – 7 years of experience in C or Java, Linux

• Understanding of OS fundamentals

• Proven verbal and written communication skills with ability to work effectively remotely if required

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OCP, Golang preferred,

• Experience or knowledge in Agile methodology

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Any knowledge or familiarity with JSP, Web services is a plus.
