Your Role and Responsibilities
As a middleware Engineer, you are responsible to lead and participate in projects such as design, integration, installation, upgrade and migration of Weblogic on Linux and Windows environments.
Responsibilities:

• You will lead and support 24×7 production instances and maintain customer environments for high availability, disaster recovery, and optimal performance
• Provide root cause analysis, fix resolution, implementation support, and continuous process improvement
• Create & Maintain automation monitoring / performance / diagnostic and health check reports
• Track Oracle patches and security updates to determine how it impacts existing deployed infrastructure

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Industy
• Ability to understand complex Middleware implementations and resolve defects & enhancements
• Proficient to establish and apply best practices, to ensure successful implementation of solution designs through collaborative project team communication, planning documentation, system testing, and defect resolution
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud, SAP Integrations must.
• Solid understanding of cloud integration architecture, including implementation experience with integration

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience application performance tuning, including analysis of thread/core dumps, JVM heap size, load balancing, disaster recovery and clustering
• Experience architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on Oracle Cloud and Amazon AWS platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
