Main responsibilities:

Passing entries and manage books of accounts on Tally ERP 9

Maintaining and Handling Petty Cash

Preparation of Invoice and booking in Tally and sharing with Clients

Booking of Receipt and Payment Entries

Management of relations with Banks

Bank Reconciliation

Responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring the Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.

Maintaining Purchase and Sales Registers with maintenance of stock record

Maintaining Debit Notes and Credit Notes

Journal Ledger / voucher

Income Tax and TDS working and returns

GST working and returns

Salary Calculation and Computation of Income Tax on Salary

Managing compliance of Taxation and filing i.e. TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax Company, Employees and Director

Preparation of Projection for Advance Tax Payment

Co-ordination with Chartered Accountant, Auditor and Company Secretary

Knowledge of finalisation of books of accounts

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. MBA preferred.

– 5 + years relevant experience working in Accounting, Finance and Tax Department

– At least 2 years experience in CA firm.

– At least 2 years experience in finance department of manufacturing company

– Good verbal and written communications skills in English Language

– Proficient skills in Micrososft Excel and Tally ERP.

– Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

We are looking for a young and motivated profile with at least five years of experience as accountant to join our organisation as Head of Accounts . The candidate will be in charge of managing the books of accounts of a portfolio of one of our Client

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
