Job Description:
Ø Handling office Administration Activities.
Ø Handle Front office management.
Ø Answering phone calls and taking appropriate action for each call.
Ø Managing Front Desk including visitors, calls, and deliveries.
Ø Knowledge of Hotel & Travel Booking
Ø Tracking shipment/Courier online/over phone.
Ø Maintaining Visitor Register
Ø Co-ordination with Admin Team
Ø Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Ø Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ø Calendar Management -Boardroom/Conference room/Meeting room
Ø Pantry Management
Required Skills:
-Good Communication skills.
-Candidate Should be presentable.

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹24,048.18 per month
