Learn more at icf.com.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about implementing marketing strategies, developing creative content, building digital & lead generation tactics & strategies to drive new business. This role is suited to someone with at least 8 years experience in India, ideally with experience in a professional services consultancy.The RoleThe position requires a candidate who understands both traditional and digital marketing activities, and who can blend a creative approach to design and content, with strong analytical abilities and experience of using data to inform, plan and target campaigns effectively across the spectrum of activities from social media, content, media relations to webinars and events.The Marketing Manager will report to and collaborate with E&As Head of Marketing and will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaign plans to raise brand profile and drive quality lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across the full portfolio of India services. The role will sit within the E&As Business Development Team but will require collaboration and networking with (i) Sector leads across India and E&A (ii) ICF marketing team (iii) the corporate marketing team in Virginia, as well as managing external suppliers & agencies as required.Main Responsibilities:Support with the development and execution of marketing strategy and plans for India business covering energy, transport, aviation, urban development.Lead organization of ICF branded technical events in India (online and offline) like webinars, roundtables, workshops.Project manage all activity and campaigns.Continuously review activities to identify whats being done well and can be enhanced, and where there are gaps.Be agile and proactive in anticipating market changes that impact our business, be able to respond with ideas and solutions to adapt the marketing strategy and therefore activities/campaigns.Develop strong working relationships and clearly demarcate roles & responsibilities with relevant business leads for each phase of the marketing plans.Project manage and deliver marketing activities including day-to-day content creation for emails, social media, website, SEO and PPC, online marketing, events / exhibitions, sponsorships, speaker opportunities, PR and other activities with the marketing team.Build relationships with media houses so that ICF experts opinion pieces are covered in leading national business papers, magazines, television and technical journals in India.Produce valuable and engaging content & thought leadership for our website and social channels that attracts and converts our target groups.Deliver strong customer focused / targeted campaigns to generate leads and build awareness of our services.Increase brand awareness and recognition for ICF India as global leaders in within the key strategic priorities.Monitor competitors and industry trends to maximise opportunities and keep ICF ahead of the curve and remain creative and innovative.Collate and analyse communications and messages, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.Support teams for events, client roundtables, exhibitions, speaker opportunities, sponsorships etc, aligned to business priorities.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Build relationships and work closely with the Corporate Marketing team in Reston, Virginia.Work with the internal communications team to provide relevant content to raise awareness of activities, new business wins and successes across the whole of India.Support the business in emerging markets when required.Ownership of all India website content. This includes building pages content and measuring performance.Basic Requirements:Demonstrable experience in b2b marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and implementing marketing campaigns and thought leadership content that engages, educates and motivates.Strong understanding of and experience in running lead generation using modern marketing tools and approaches.Experience and knowledge of the main social media channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram.Existing relationships with media houses and event organisersProven experience in measurement and demonstrating ROI to the business.Experience of using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or similar platform for campaigns.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Experience of using a social media engagement platform such as Oktopost.Experience with website CMS – preferably SitecoreExperience of working and managing multiple teams/stakeholders.Strong relationships with key media in India.Experience of project management and online workflow platforms to effectively manage activities, such as Asana.Personal Qualities:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of traditional & emerging marketing channelsProactive & organised, with strong time management & planning skillsProblem analysis and problem-solvingAttention to detail & ability to multi-taskAbility to meet tight deadlines & remain calm under pressureCreatively minded and resourceful – finding alternative solutions when a situation is complex or challenging and focus on getting cut through against the competitionCommercially focused.
