Job Description
Objective of the role
Engage with various internal teams to manage projects related product set-up across systems
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate product setup – explain the product to all stakeholders – IT, Finance, underwriting, Claims, Shared Services etc.
Provide partner assistance for new product systems setup & approval – Policy bazaar / SCB / IDFC etc.
Testing of product parameters in systems and give a sign-off
Provide calculators for Electronic Benefit Illustration (EBI) set-up
Engage with BSG & IT Testing for systems go live
Ensure timely closure of partner and inter-departmental queries
