Job Description :

The IPG Reporting Analyst role is part of the Investigator Payments Group (IPG) and will be involved in the delivery and maintenance of data integration solutions between Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and ICON’s Accelerated Payments Entitlement Calculation System (APECS).

The IPG Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing multiple projects in accordance with established timelines and quality standards under the guidance of the IPG Manager.

The IPG Reporting Analyst participates in activities related to the specification, creation and maintenance of data import files.

• Serves as the main point of contact for studies using standardized methods of data integration.

• Coordinates the collection, preparation and reporting of site entered subject/visit data.

• Delivers accurate data that feeds into ICON’s Accelerated Payments Entitlement Calculation System (APECS).

• Oversees the setup and maintenance of data reporting deliverables including setup/monitoring of automated schedules and other supporting systems.

• Identifies and proactively raises risks/issues that may impact payment timelines and escalate accordingly.

• Trouble-shoots and solves programming issues and/or system integration issues as needed.

            Experience required:

• At least 2-3 years of work experience preferably in an administrative/finance/clinical role.

• High attention to detail

• Excellent analytical and organization skills

• A working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications in particular Excel.

• Read, write and speak English (Advanced)

Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
