Manufacturing IT Services
Manufacturing IT Engineers provide Administrator supports on all process control system (such as HMI, IPC, SCADA, DCS System etc.) as the Application of Information technology to Manufacturing environment.
MI Engineer Responsible for:-
- User Management On
- Manufacturing Machines,
- QC lab System,
- LIMS
- Prepare and Maintain Inventory list of System.
- Backup and Restoration.
- OS Policy Management
- Installation / upgrade of Operating System, OS Service Pack / Patch management
- Provide support during CSV activity for SCADA, DCS, CDAS, BMS, PLC, HMI and Lab instrument like-Standard lone and Client Based.
- Periodic User Access Right Review and Active User list.
- IT Infra Support On
- Manufacturing Machines,
- QC lab System
- LIMS
- Pharma Guidelines Training.
- Aware about GAMP and 21 CFR part 11
- OS Patch and Antivirus Management.
- Prepare Schedule for Periodic Activity and Complete all Periodic Activity on time.
