1. Monitor & maintain computer systems, servers, Wireless Router, networks & other peripherals (Printers, scanners, Monitors etc…)
2. Installing & configuring computer systems
3. Configuration and maintainence of firewall devices
4. Diagnose hardware & Networking faults
5. Configuring & maintaining Outlook
6. Troubleshooting & providing resolution to problems
7. Knowledge of Windows operating system & other general desktop support issues
8. Knowledge of Internet protocols, DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
9. Knowledge of Crimping & Punching
10. Install Antivirus Server
11. Provide Remote Support
12. Maintain Antivirus Back up
13. Daily, weekly & Monthly Back up
14. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces
15. Log & keep records of Customer queries
16. Log calls with Service providers
17. Maintain Service Installation Reports
18. Good interpersonal & Customer service skills
19. Good accurate records keeping
20. Good Written & verbal communication in English
