Recruitment (Sales) Consultant – Supporting Nurses secure temporary work in the UK.

Starting Salary of 5 lakh with unlimited sales incentives for success.

Incentive earning potential on average of:

• Year 1 7 lakh++
• Year 2 9 lakh+++
• Year 3 14 lakh ++++

All earnings uncapped so success is always rewarded.

• supporting Nurses. Our Nurses are at the centre of everything we do, and we are here to support and help them find the shifts they want
• Develop long term relationships with agency Nurses who are either seeking new opportunities now, or in the future, as well as building relationships with existing nurses – with the objective of placing them in appropriate positions within the UK’s National Health Service or private hospitals
• Build and maintain a database of new nurses through headhunting, referrals, registration conversions, database mining etc. selling in the benefits of working with ID Medical

What about you?

• You will be looking to be well rewarded in return for your hard work and commitment
• You will probably have between 6 and 12 months’ work experience preferably with direct customer and telephone experience and are looking to progress your career in a company which is capable of supporting your ambition
• You like people and enjoy building relationships with positive benefits for all
• You have strong English language and written skills
