Job Summary: We are seeking
skilled Linux/UNIX Developer to join our team. As a Linux/UNIX Developer, you
will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software
applications and systems on Linux/UNIX platforms. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement robust and
scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of
Linux/UNIX operating systems, shell scripting, and software development best
practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and
systems on Linux/UNIX platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and
analyze requirements

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following
best practices and coding standards

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the
quality and performance of the software

Collaborate with team members to define and implement new
features and enhancements

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability on
Linux/UNIX platforms

Stay up-to-date with the latest Linux/UNIX features and
best practices

Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related field

·        
Proven experience as a Linux/UNIX Developer or similar role

·        
Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems and shell
scripting

·        
Experience with software development using programming
languages such as C, C++, or Python

·        
Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL
or PostgreSQL

·        
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as
Git

·        
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·        
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a
fast-paced environment

·        
Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with system administration tasks on Linux/UNIX
platforms

Knowledge of network protocols and security principles

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript

Understanding of software testing frameworks and
methodologies

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
