The ImpactYou’ll Make in this Role
You are amember of the leadership team for a next-generation Identity andAccess Management team. You will be responsible formanaging the operations functions for a enterprise Identity andAccess Management practice and ensuring solutions and processesacross the entire Solventum – 3M Health Care Business Group aresuccessful. Your scope extends through Enterprise systems,Manufacturing, Commercial Products, R&D, BusinessDevelopment.

You areexcited about shaping transformation in a large global company; tolay the groundwork for a secure design across a comprehensivefootprint such as Identities of employees, third parties,customers, partners, non-human services / machines, IoT devices,servers, applications, network devices, commercially sold medicaldevices and software, data, cryptography; across environments suchas cloud, on-premises, third party hosted, third party managed, andco-location sites.

You are aself-driven, hands-on individual who is passionate about IAMtechnologies, problem solving and strengthening a team. You havegained knowledge and expertise in broad range of cybersecuritydomains. You enjoy the technical depth of Identity & Access andapply it across broad range of business needs.

As a Identity &Access operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to tapinto your curiosity and collaborate with some of the mostinnovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will makean impact by:

• Facilitates the use oftechnology-based tools or methodologies to review, design andimplement products and services to provide a strong IAM programthat balances access with compliance andconfidentiality.
• Identifies and evaluatescomplex business and technology risks, internal controls thatmitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal controlimprovement.
• Identifies the broader impact ofcurrent decisions related to user access, data access andinformation security.
• Serves as a member of theleadership structure for all IAM disciplines (such as but notlimited to – Identity, Sign-On, Federation, MultifactorAuthentication, Privileged Access Management, Directory Services,Role-based Governance & Administration, API Security, Key andToken Lifecycle, Identity Risk, Identity ThreatModeling)
• Remaining informed on trends andissues in the security industry, including current and emergingtechnologies and policies.
• Fosters anunderstanding of the need for and application of the IAM system,and facilitates decision making with the businessusers
• Providing effective communications tosenior management, peers, team, stakeholders, external parties – asrequired and aligned
• Managing  24×7 IAMOperations team and Members of the IAM engineeringteam.
• Works to improve SLAs through deliveryimprovements, root cause analysis, Automation, PolicyChanges
• Experience managing queues, RequestCatalogs, Generating reports & Dashboards, On-call schedulingfrom ServiceNow

Toset you up for success in this role from day one, Solventumrequires (at a minimum) the followingqualifications:

• Bachelor’sDegree or higher AND 10 years experience in related informationtechnology, leadership, security, identityroles

OR

• HighSchool Diploma/GED from AND 14 experience in related informationtechnology, leadership, security, identityroles

• Seven(7) years of experience in the field of Information Technology withfive (3) years of experience on enterprise IAM solutions acrossmultiple disciplines in a private, public, government or militaryenvironment

Inaddition to the above requirements, the following are alsorequired:

• Three (3) years experiencemanaging a team in Identity and AccessManagement.
• One (1) + years experienceimplementing the following: AWS IAM RBAC and ABAC, SAML,OIDC/OAuth, PKI, credential management, National/Internationalregulations, and standards such as NIST, ISO27001, SOX, GDPRetc.
• Hands on or strong working knowledge ofIAM technologies including but not limited to Okta (MFA, SSO, IGA,Workflows, PAM), Active Directory, Entra ID/M365, Sailpoint,CyberArk & AWS Identity
• Prior experiencelarge global organization, high complexity, highly functionalmatrix team settings.
• Adept at building bridgesto help drive decision making with strong communication skills tomanage reporting and presentations across technical andnon-technical stakeholders with the ability to influence crossbusiness stakeholders in driving the needs of securepractices
• Fast learner, experience ofonboarding and quickly learning,assimilating
• Demonstrated experience in drivingadoption of standardized practices with agility in a fast-pacedorganization
• Highly collaborative, team player.Engages in mutually agreeable solutions. Champion cybersecurityneed and rationale, be a vocal advocate for “what &why”
• Proven ability to work independently inremote roles with ability to act as a technical lead toothers.

Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in thisrole include:

• Okta or MicrosoftCertifications
• Proven ability to workindependently in remote roles with ability to act as a technicallead to others.
