Job Title: Analyst- Client Services
Function/Department: Client Services
Job Purpose
The role entails attending to client queries received through inbound calls, mails & SFDC in the areas of General Banking Operations including Payments, Receipts, sharing of statements, advice. The role will closely collaborate with various teams internally within WBO (Trade Ops, CMS Ops, WB branches) outside WBO with Business, TBG, IT for fulfilling service need of clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer portfolio by providing seamless services to clients.
- Resolving the queries within defined Tats.
- Ensure that internal/regulatory compliances, risk management, audit and service quality metrics maintained.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality.
Education Qualification: Graduate & Bachelors in Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management / any other
Experience: 2 to 5 years in total experience
