‘Driving engaging and meaningful conversations with the yet to join candidates
Responsible for guiding the candidates over phone on the completion of onboarding formalities
Maintaining good service & candidate experience levels for the job applicants across the bank
Adhering to timelines as stated in the SLAs
Pre joining documentation first level checking – Quality checks and preparing cases for BGV initiation
Secondary Responsibilities : –
‘Making welcome calls to the applicants
Follow up calls for completion of the pre joining tasks
Follow up for missing documents, insufficiency closures
Taking Date of joining confirmations from the candidates
Reporting & recording of the daily call logs through MIS
Track and highlight repeated no shows/not responding cases to the TA team members
Coordination with the background verification vendors to ensure timely closure of insufficiencies
