‘1. Acquisition of Start up Accounts (Relationships)
2. Effectively managing the relations to gain higer wallet share in terms of CA, TD, Investments, TFX & Loans
Secondary Responsibilities:
‘1. Create Market Presence (Visibility) for the Organisation in the start up space
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :
‘Lead a team of 3 people to begin with.
Key Success Metrics:
‘1. CA Acquisition (No of Accounts) 2. CA Balances 2. TD Balances 3. Investment AUM 4. TFX Fees 5. Loan disbursals 6. CMS Manadates
