• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop and tools for video editing/motion graphics such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects [Any other software that generates similar output is acceptable. E.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc. for Design and Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Animate, etc]
• Eye for detail for accurate grammar/spelling (excellent verbal and written communication skills) and creativity, ability to convey ideas in engaging, informative, and aligned with brand voice
• Ideate and create the content in the form of visual content and audio-visual outputs while adhering to the existing design system in place and working towards improving and adding to it
• Knowledge and Understanding of current and emerging trends in the design industry
• Portfolio of work focusing on Graphic Design and Video Creation
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with various departments beyond marketing, ensuring consistent brand representation across all organizational touchpoints

• Experience of 1-2 years in visual designing
• Understand the requirements and design briefs and deliver high-quality graphics and videos
• Design emailers, social media creatives (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Create blog headers and blog images
• Work with content creator and content writer to plan and deliver the weekly tasks
• Come up with creative ways to communicate the ideas/thought shared by content writers and creators
• High-quality, attention-grabbing, and as per current design standard images that grab the users attention and improve the brands credibility
• Visually compelling infographics that present valuable information about the company in a compelling way
• Quote graphics that reflect the vision and message of the brand, enabling followers to relate and build a relationship with the business

Role and responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality, engaging, creatives and collateral including PDFs, Concept notes, Brochures, Emails, Powerpoints, Pitches, and Web page mockups
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team to create high-engagement posts in both static and video formats
• Populate, update, and maintain the brand gallery that has various assets, guidance, notes, and resources necessary for a consistent and highly effective brand expression basis our communication values and guidelines
• Ensure consistency in brand attributes in all assets created so that targeted brand association takes place for every asset using colors, design language, elements, and iconography
• Ensure that all collaterals and assets created are high impact, neat, visual first, state-of-the-art, and bring brand value and positioning
• Bring in the latest trends and developments in design including AI and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance our design and assets
