JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for female HR Admin to support our Human Resources department in a Pharma based company. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can handle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.Role and Responsibilities· Organize and maintain personnel records· Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.· Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or casual leaves)· Prepare HR documents like hew hire guides· Should be able to perform payroll duties like recording employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, submit form 16 and payslips to the employees)· Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries· Responsible to perform HR activities, recruitment activities and management admin activitiesRequirements and skills· Proven work experience of 3-5 years as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills· Must be approachable and helpful.Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office only)Salary: 25,000 to 30,000Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 6300576956
