Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities
To abide by the mission statement of the hotel, the department and the respective section.
Handling all secretarial work of Area Director.
Replying to guests, and other correspondence without constant supervision.
Handling of complaint management system.
Coordination with all HODs for various meetings/ monthly reports etc.
Coordination/follow-ups with departments on daily complaints, night reports, requisitions, cheques etc.
Taking minutes of the meeting.
To co-ordinate with all the departments for smooth functioning of the organization.
Create letters, legal documents, technical or statistical data, and other types of documents.
Ensure that documents created have correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization.
Assist with clerical work when required.
Adherence to the guidelines mentioned in the TPAM and TCOC and thorough adherence to the IT etiquettes is to be followed.
To always adhere to personal grooming as per the standards laid down by the hotel and maintain high standards of grooming.
In addition to the above functions, any other assignment/ job given by the superior authority occasionally or on a daily basis are to be performed.
