Position Overview As a team member the individual will be responsible to manage and support the tax & regulatory function of the Company. The individual will be responsible for ensuring all the necessary compliances in the area of taxation i.e., Direct & Indirect. The individual will also be responsible for managing the overseas taxation. What you will be doing?

• Working closely with the key stakeholders and ensuring overall tax compliance
• Efficient management of tax litigation and assessments
• Coordination with external consultants and managing the Indian and overseas tax compliance
• Dealing with internal and external auditors, Tax and other regulatory authorities
• Responsible for identifying and implementing effective tax process and controls.
• Actively participate in discussions involving transaction advisory
• Providing high quality tax advisory support to Company’s business units and support functions.

What do we expect?

• 3+ years of post qualification experience in the field of taxation with strong analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of corporate income tax, indirect tax, accounting and transfer pricing.
• The candidate must have worked in a Multinational Company or possess industry knowledge. Candidates working or has worked in Big4 accounting firms would also be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams, stakeholders across geographies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.
• A hands-on approach with attention to detail as well as ability to work under pressure.
