front office executive/receptionist_Key Responsibilities: _reporting to HR Head and assisting with administrative taskscomplete responsibility of front office including answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments, scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly mannerhandling enquiries and sorting mailscopying, scanning and filing documentskeeping track of office supplies, stationery etc and placing orders for replacements.greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphereorganising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessarycreating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheetsoverseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mailspreparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packagesoperating office equipment such as photocopier and printersbookkeeping and issuing invoicesrecording meeting minutes and dictations_Education and professional qualifications_minimum bachelor’s degree2 to 4 years of front desk experience in a corporate organisation.excellent written and verbal communication skillsworking knowledge of computer software, such as word, excel and PowerPoint toolscomfortable with handling epabx, printers, fax, emails, scanners, projectorsfriendly and smiling personalityPreferred location: south DelhiJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR10,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
