• You are a policy or government affairs professional, lawyer, economist or journalist.
• You have at least an undergraduate degree in law or journalism, or a master’s in political
• science/international relations equivalent, or a master’s in business administration/
• equivalent.d
• You have between 3 and 6 years of work experiencea
• You have specific past experience of working in a government affairs/consultancy firm,
• industry association, or with the government. You have closely engaged with public policy
• stakeholders including members of the Parliament.d
• You have the ability to build relationships with policy-makers, clients, peers in the industry,
• and othersa
• You speak and write well – simply and without jargon, clearly and persuasively. You are
• proficient in Englisha
• You are willing to be based in Delhi-NCR and travel for work as needed.d
• You are agile, able to work quickly, independently, think strategically, and solve problems

Here are a few things you can expect to do:

• Build relationships with several stakeholders for intelligence and advocacy5;:
• Track and analyse legal and policy developments5 You will learn to connect the dots, and
• understand their impact on our clients, and the industry at large5:
• Help our clients understand how developments affect their business5 To do this, you will
• develop familiarity with clients’ positions and policy priorities, and their businesses, and
• larger geo-political and industry trends5;:
• Develop and execute policy strategies5:
• Author position papers, primers, briefing notes, research papers, responses to government
• consultations, stakeholder maps, talking points, long-form reports and whitepapers,
• among others4
• Identify opportunities for partnerships/collaborations for clients and the firm5;
