Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth functioning of the institute. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, creating and implementing policies, and ensuring timely and effective communication within and outside the institute.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and present data in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in project management, team management, and policy development
• Experience in the education industry is desirable
