Food & Beverage Associate:-

Food & Beverage Associate process orders and serve food & beverage items to Guests, ensure Guests are satisfied with their dining experience, process customer payments, and immediately handle complaints and concerns as they occur. They have knowledge of service techniques, food and beverage product and practices of responsible alcohol service.

F&B Associate must well equipped with the technique of taking orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the café’s food and drinks, take payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.

F&B Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting patrons, and if needed, confirming and taking reservations.Escorting guests to tables.Answering phone calls and giving basic information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours and services.Preparing for guests by cleaning and setting tables.Upsale food and Beverage Items.Team work
