The role holder is responsible for the growth of business through the Heavy Industries segment. This includes building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with End Users, EPC’s, OEMs, Consultants, technology companies and the whole eco-system as well as helping sales and BU teams in creating, progressing and closing sales opportunities.
The incumbent is expected to work closely together with Sales account managers, Sales leadership, Business Units, Industry leaders, corporate account managers and the global organization to build the industry plans and execute them for the country through the direct and extended teams.
Develop annual industry business plans in conjunction with relevant stake holders, both short term and long term. Work closely with all stakeholders to voice solution and portfolio gaps to regional/global BU’s / Marketing for BSR
Develop RA go to market, align with domain experts, measure business impact and build competency & tools to drive growth
Deliver business outcome discussions through C level engagements with domain & industry expertise
Build funnel for RA (Core and transformational solutions)
Build equal or preferred status for RA products and solutions
Lead engagement with ecosystem partners to deliver business outcomes. Replicate industry best practices, use cases and solutions across customer sets
Identify and track sales funnel and opportunity pipeline on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Ensure coordinated sales activities on pursuits. Articulate industry best practices; regulations and compliances and help position differentiated techno-commercial value of RA vis-?-vis competition
Deliver plant walks on named Industry influenced accounts
Lead and achieve results of RA marketing campaigns and product/BU initiatives
Be a strong and consistent communicator to multiple levels of the organization, keeping relevant stakeholders informed and involved on strategic pursuits
Have a strong domain expertise and commercial acumen in chosen industries
Effective organization collaboration to achieve business targets and orders
Provide strategic leadership to larger Account Manager organization. Mentor, coach and develop team with influence through industry plans and commercial excellence.
