IMI Critical Engineering Division
The Group’s Critical Engineering Division specialises in the design and manufacture of engineer to order highly specialised flow control valves. The company also provides service support in over 30 countries with aftermarket requirements, ranging from engineering diagnosis services to replacement parts and equipment. The Division markets its products under various market leading brand names including IMI CCI, IMI Z&J, IMI Bopp & Reuther, IMI Remosa and IMI STI. The
Division has manufacturing facilities in 12 countries.

Position
Title: FP&A Analyst

Location: Shared Service Centre, India

Reporting Relationship: FP&A Manager – IMI Critical Engineering

Main Focus and Challenges
This position provides comprehensive and proactive reporting, forecasting and analysis to the IMI
Critical Engineering business.

Responsibilities

• Regular financial reporting: monthly reports for management, quarterly outlook reports,

annual budget.

• Providing key value-adding insights to management on bookings and sales
• Work closely with the finance teams across the globe ensuring that requirements are

understood and delivered on time.

IMI Critical Engineering

• Understand and validate data from across all business units globally.
• Point of contact for driving IFS-Cognos integration, ensuring sites understand the process

and assisting them when required.

• Ownership of preparing, maintaining and improving reporting and forecast templates for

use across the division

• Run checks and reconciliation files to ensure accurate divisional close
• Use of systems to create meaningful reports to facilitate value-adding decisions for

management.

• Help drive use of Power BI in the Division for live data reporting, analysis, and analyticsg.
• Administrative tasks to coordinate and organise the team through month end and forecast

cycles

• Preparation of key corporate reports including the monthly management accounts and

forecasts for the Critical Engineering Executive.

• Other duties / projects as may be required by the Head of FP&A and Finance Director.

The Person
Qualifications and Experience

• Top percentile academic record
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
• Ability to produce under pressure, to a high degree of accuracy, with absolute attention to

detail in this fast paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is essential
• IT literate, intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel required.
• Knowledge of IT systems including Cognos, PAx, PowerBI are desirable
• Knowledge of SFDC and IFS useful but not essential

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹810,607.50 per year
