Location- Remote
Experience Required- 5+ YearsImmediate Joiners required.Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.
Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.
Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
SummaryA Ruby on Rails developer will write logic in Ruby for a server-side application using the Rails framework.
As a Ruby on Rails developer you will connect the web application with other web services by developing back end components also supports the app by supporting front end developers.
Primary Skills: Ruby, ROR, REST API ,JavaScript , HTML , CSS ,Networking Concepts, Active Record , The knowledge of syntax , SQL , MYSQL , Good understanding of OOPs concepts, MVC Framework , GIT , Deployment toolsResponsibilitiesWrite clean, maintainable and efficient code
Design robust, scalable and secure features
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)
Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design Requirements * Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
Proven work experience in software development
Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery
Experience developing highly interactive applications
A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
