We are a well-established large, professionally managed consulting & recruitment organisation [promoted by Prakash Kewalramani who is a B.Tech (IIT-Delhi); MBA (IIM-Ahmedabad)] We have offices in Mumbai and Bangalore, employ over 40 recruitment executives and plan to expand rapidly in the next 2 months.

We are growing exponentially and hence are inviting applications from Recruitment Leads/Executives to join our team. This role mandates the following skills:

strong hands on experience in IT Recruitment with well established IT organisations across various levels of experience & industry verticals
proven client interfacing & stakeholder management experience
very good grip on the recruiterment life cycle – from sourcing until on-boarding
excellent social & alternative channels in addition to conventional job boards & portals
impeccable communication – both written & spoken
team spirit & pleasant disposition
Academics – any graduation/post graduation

Experience: 6 months to 15 years of experience (second careers, resuming post a break, previous relevant experience all are welcome)

All our roles are currently on a work from home model

Terms: We offer a fixed remuneration coupled with a generous performance incentive.

Pre-requisites: We require all our team members to have a good laptop with an updated anti-virus, a broadband internet connection & a smart phone. We do not provide the set-up.
