Achievement of the Business plan Zone wise/State wise / Area wise
Managing the sales & ensure profitability of the same
Ensure business growth and sales volume Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget
Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship
Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
Managing dealer and distributor network
Expansion of the dealer & distribution network
Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region
Ensuring price & credit control
Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region
Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition
