Position: Recruiter

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using creative sourcing techniques.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in [specific industry/niche].
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
