Responsibilities
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Scouting for and identifying new vendors, suppliers, hostels and negotiating rates & terms.
Assisting Operations / Technical teams at workshops, tech-talks and other events.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Maintain and update company databases.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Update office policies as needed.
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
Book meeting rooms as required. Take minutes of the meeting and publish it.
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Schedule in-house and external events.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good knowledge of MSOffice.
Professional Experience
Having relevant experience in the range of 2-3 Years.
