Role Description

This role will be reporting to the Head of Planning based out of Gurgaon office of Incedo. The function is responsible for end to end planning for one or more business unit(s) covering both demand planning as well as supply planning

Role and responsibilities

Demand forecast in different time horizons

Demand planning for one or more business units customised to the nuances of the business unit

Understand the demand plan and provide the necessary details required by different end users

Work out the people plan by skill set and geography

Follow staffing process for demand validation, fulfilment and forecast & flag for hiring within timelines

Oversee fulfilment & mobilisation of people requirements pro-actively (Allocation & De-allocation) in a unified manner

Align people requirement and allocations

Work with talent acquisition team, to ensure team is prepared to undertake the hiring required

Solve for bottlenecks on resource hiring

Work with all functions such as HR, Finance, IT and Sales to ensure that everyone is working on the same demand numbers

Help & fix the employees concerns pertaining to time sheeting

Good in Problem solving, multi-tasking, MIS activities like dash boarding

Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office application.
• Good excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 years of experience in Business operations.
• Good to have MBA in HR, or relevant finance background
