Data Scientist

Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to predict the next best action for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure alignment of NBA models with business goals. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can improve the effectiveness of NBA models.
Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for model improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning relevant to NBA modeling in the pharmaceutical industry.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Your impact:
About you:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Must have: Python;SQL
