Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB:

• Sourcing business directly and through team members
• Effective communication/ follow up with prospective customers
• Marketing activities for assigned district/ area
• Accountable for performance of the team and meeting business targets month on month

KEY RELATIONSHIP:

• External Stake Holders: Customers
• Internal Stake Holders: Team Members, CO Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Will be stationed at assigned District headquarters and responsible for developing the location by building a team and sourcing of business.
• Execute the acquisition for the given location Generating Mobilisation of Resources such as NCD

• Responsible for fulfilment of business targets of self & team.
• Have the direct to customer approach and build relationship with wide spread customers

• Responsible for developing the location by building a team and sourcing of business.

• Recruit minimum of 5 competent Executives as per company norms, who can perform and meet business targets
• Recruit adequate number of Freelance Business Associates, who would be working on commission basis according to the business they source.
• Train, Guide and Assist the team and help them in sourcing business.
• Responsible for ensuring the team members comply with the company rules, regulations and procedures. Ensure discipline by team members
• Do periodic performance review of subordinates and report to BH
• Acquisition and handling a group of HNI (High Net Worth Exclusive) Clients

• Conduct HNI meets, customer interaction programmes within the location.

• Office manager of the location and responsible for HR & admin related matters of team and timely reporting of the same to corporate office. Custodian of company assets allotted to self and team members
• Responsible for the timely reporting of Business MIS.
• All Executives of the Location will be reporting to the Location Head.
• Plan and achieve a minimum target per month.

Required Candidate profileThe candidate should have extensive experience minimum 5+ yrs in handling HNI Relationship, Sales of HNI Clients from Banking / NBFC / BFSI sector with good business/market knowledge. Having experience of handling HNI Client Acquisitions and Relationship Management.Specifically, in Retail Banking / Wealth Management / Deposit Mobilization / Investment Managements and Operations.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Banking/NBFC/BFSI in, Retail Banking/Investment Managements: 5 years (Preferred)
• Retail Banking/Wealth Management/Deposit Mobilization: 5 years (Preferred)
