Indfrag Biosciences Pvt Ltd Hiring for Environmental Officer at Hosūr Full Time

Job Description:

• To Develop, Implement and Upgrade Environmental Management System (EMS), at ” INDFRAG BIOSCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED” .
• Managing and maintaining Sewage Treatment Plant / ZLD Effluents Treatment Plant, and all pollution control equipment’s.
• Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment and Development of Appropriate Environmental Responses including advice on Remedial Actions & Environmental Management Plan Report.
• Responsible for Environmental safety procedures in the organization, Pollution Control Functions, liaison with Pollution control boards or with any Government authorities in respect to Government Approvals, Documentation and Compliance on different kind of issues like Air, water and sound pollution clearance.
• Involving in Waste management system activities (Hazardous & Non-hazardous Waste Management/ Solid Waste Management, Collection, Storage, Transportation, Treatment, Recycling and Disposal of all the Hazardous Waste).
• Responsible for compliance of Environmental management system requirements for audits, PCB inspections, internal EHS audit, and to ensure its compliance in the organization.
• Monitoring all activities in ETP functioning (Parameters used in ETP), BOD+COD process with Equipment Knowledge and its Utilization.
• Planning and implementing new ideas for Improving environmental protection and conservation, which includes recycling, reuse, waste management related to public health and water and air pollution.
• To Coordinate with the external environmental monitoring agency to compile reports/data.
• To maintain frequency at regular intervals to comply with legal requirements.
• To Submit monthly returns to regulatory bodies.
• Preparation, submission and maintenance of EMS records, PCB compliance reports, documents, Registers, application Forms, pipeline layouts, environmental policies, procedures, return replies to letter notices as per the internal requirements of the factory related to operation of ETP plant, STP, scrubbers, hazardous waste generation, storage and disposal, stacks, air pollution control equipment’s etc.
• To develop knowledge about EHS Legal requirements, PCB rules regulations and ISO 14001 standard for sustaining and improving the EHS management system in the organization
• Trouble shooting during environmental crisis and find solution to recover it.
• To Organize training for creating awareness about the importance of environmental safety on the account of world environment day.

Education/Qualification: Diploma/BE/B Tech/M/Tech with Environmental engineering (Environmental is a must)
Experience: 3- 5 years as Environmental Officer/Executive in any manufacturing industry
Communication: Good communication & interpersonal skills along with local language preferred.

Note: –Salary will be decided based on Interview Performance. Work from Office only.
