Job Title: Training & Development Manager

Salary proposed- 4.2 Lack’s per annum (All Inclusive)

About the job

A highly skilled, detailed oriented and professional in behavioral analysis, process management compliances and assurances in developing the skills and competencies in various facets of logistics operations in chemical industry including safety.

Objectives of the Position

• Identifying, developing right kind of training programs and methods to build capacity and capabilities of the stakeholders
• Continuous monitoring and reviewing the process independently and provide insights to the leadership for the progress of the project and meeting the objectives of the stakeholders

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Identify and develop the right kind of training programs, content for the stakeholders
• Identify the right kind of trainers and associates to conduct the programs
• Review the effectiveness of the conducted programs
• To effectively negotiates with the associates for conducting such programs
• To monitor the effectiveness of the entire project and provide continuous feedback on the area of improvement
• Identify solutions to address the gaps
• Effective counselling with the stakeholders for building competencies
• Understand the legislative requirements of logistics operations
• Awareness on the international best practices
• Work closely with the member companies to understand their requirements and include in our process

Competencies

• Master’s Degree in psychology and behavioral science ,with 2- 3 years of operational experience working either in the industry or allied industries as safety, environment & sustainability.
• Understanding of logistics operations is an advantage
• Understanding of applications of tools and technologies.
• Self-confident, networking skills and self-starter to drive the project

High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any productivity tools.

Other skills: Needless to say, must be a team player; able to organize and convey problems and issues clearly and succinctly; maintain openness to people with diverse views; and a talent for using initiative and managing time and priorities effectively.

Salary: From ₹35,000.00 per month
