We are looking for a qualified Accounts and Finance Manager to handle, prepare, and manage all accounting and financial data, in order to supervise and record all transactions on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Graduate with strong academic records with 4-6 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills, solve problems, and set priorities
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Should know intermediate/advance Excel and Tally
• Should be a great team player
• Should have good mathematical skills
• Should be able to negotiate very well with vendors
• Should be able to assess time vs. money at all times
• Understands the meaning of mercantile system of accounting

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Should be able to manage expenses
• TDS knowledge and ability to calculate TDS under the correct sections
• GST knowledge and ability to compute GST and file the returns (GST 3B, GSTR1 & GST2-reconciliation)
• Should be able to read and understand financial statements
• Handle Company Accounts on Tally
• Operational Tasks and dealing with dealers, suppliers, vendors.
• Managing audit requirements
• Adequate knowledge of Income Tax
• Preparation of different kinds of MIS reports
• Preparation of run-rate sheets
• EPF and ESIC knowledge and calculations along with filing
• Procurement of supplies for all the campuses
• Managing Company Secretary requirements
• Preparing board resolutions

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant OR Post Graduate – Finance & Accounting
• With relevant work experience
