Position- Finance Manager
Exp – Min. 8 Years
Location- Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (work from office mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor on company AR/AP, Days Sales, reconciliations, Outstanding- Company, credit terms etc.
• Financial appraisal analysis and review all credit lines documents of all customers attached with different channels, per policy for establishing credit limits.
• Objective settings for monthly collections to meet WC/Cash flow requirements.
• Review of bad debt accounts and provisioning there off.
• Coordination implementation of various sales discount schemes.
• Administration of Company Dealer Security Deposit Scheme – Structuring Amendments, statutory legal compliance.
• Meeting of monthly collection objectives and strategize on recovery steps on bad debts.
• Propose, administer monitor rehabilitation scheme, Initiate recovery proceedings and corrective measures for collection from insolvent accounts.
• Coordination with Supply Chain on important CFs issues in order to ensure sound financial health and high financial policy compliance at each field locations.
• Assist Financial Controller in developing the AR Factoring Plan and business options and implement the same.
• Manages and directs the monthly review of aged accounts receivable with management.
• Monitors and reviews the billing process to ensure customer / vendor invoices, DN, CN etc. are properly matched and reconciled by payment and/or credit adjustment.
• Performs the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that company finances are maintained in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner.
• Responsible for Computation and filing of Social & statutory compliances e.g., GST, Payroll & Computation of EPF, ESI, TDS, Factories Act, LWF etc.
• Expense Bill audit / verification and payment after deduction of applicable TDS, etc.
• Cost Control
• Stock report and physical stock verification. Maintaining inventory records, FA register, reconciliation with vendors / internal stock / warehouses across India.
• Petty Cash Control
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
• Tax Audit and Updated knowledge of Taxation etc.
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
• Provide input into departments goal setting process.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.

• Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Senior accountant.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Awareness of business trends.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Busy Software Tally / various ERPs.
• Good planning, interpersonal/communication skills and multi-tasker.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
