Applications are invited for the position of Jr. Programme Executive in the PGP Office.
Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline is a must. Post Graduate preferred with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university / Institute or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Multitasking and Proficiency in computer operations like Excel (specially excel), Database Management MSwindows & MSOffice ismust. Be a self-starter and take initiative, follow-up and drive activity. The candidate applying for the above position must be a citizen of India.
Experience:
Post — qualification experience of 2 years in Academic Administration activities is essential, desirable if the experience in an institute of national repute like IIMs or IITs will be a distinct advantage.
Job Description:
Coordination with all stake holders such as students, faculties, internal departments and external agencies.
Time Management and planning to ensure the timely delivery of an academic matters/flawless execution of Programme.
Efficient and responsive communication with programme faculty and participants.
Time-table preparation for all the respective terms, online and on campus module in as desired by Programme chair.
Attendance Management, Conduct of exams, Grading and collation.
Facilities bookings, classrooms and study material availability and allied coordination.
Maintaining the database & regular update and systematic filing of records (softcopy/hardcopy both).
Collecting, entering and collating course and instructor’s feedbacks.
Preparation of letter such as invitation letters/bonafide based on student’s suitable requirements/disciplinary/expense bills and associated work etc. under the guidance of department head.
Terms registration of participants, event management support and convocation related work.
Website updating, preparing leaflets, policy and manuals etc.
In online Mode working on Moodle, Handling zoom a/cs and other academic software’s.
Assisting the PGP Office in its day-to-day/any other duty assigned by department head related to academics as per requirement which may involve working on weekends if need be.
Key Skills /Abilities / Knowledge required:
Excellent use of MS-Office tools such as MS — Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools is essential.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills & multi tasking abilities and ability to interact with senior leadership.
The candidate may be tested on the Computer skills as required for the position during the interview process.
Positive attitude, a detail orientation and ability to interact with the senior leadership, Confident& self-motivated, should have a capability of being a team player and resourceful in managing challenges.
Age: Min. 25 years — Max. 32 years as on the last date of application.

The selected person will report to the Incharge — PGP Programmes.
Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of uptoOne yearonthirdparty contract/IIMNagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on performance/satisfactory discharge of duties and institute’s requirements.
