The company has launched its India & rest of the world Online Store, North America Online Store and India’s first “Phygital” Retail store in India.Roles & Responsibilities- Manage HR Policy of the company – Appraisals, Leave Records, Pay Scales Research- New Employee Onboarding – Induction document, Induction process- Suggest and implement best HR practices- Manage administration of the office and warehouse, physical store infrastructure- Office Supplies & Stationery Management- Manage Office Parties, Celebrations, Townhall meetings- ESOPs, HR related Statutory Requirements management- Management of Hiring processesEducation & Experience- MBA in HR | Masters Degree with experience in HR- 2-4 years experience in HR & Admin with an energetic startup- Demonstrated new ideas implementation in HR & AdminApplication Deadline: 25/1/2022Expected Start Date: 1/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Social Distancing & SanitisationExperience:HR: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
