- Responsible for maintaining a strict control over the accounting procedures for the assigned region.
- Tracker for the receipt of the invoices till payment is made
- Correct and timely payments. Avoid duplicate and delayed payments
- To ensure periodic review of all related accounts and see that all entries posted are correct and are in accordance with the policies.
- Invoices must be processed as per the approved tariff rates after necessary approvals. Must be checked with provisions created, bank entries passed and properly knocked off on fortnightly basis
- Liaise with all departments that are required internally and externally to complete the jobs assigned and to ensure to maintain harmonious relations with them.
- To ensure that any other job assigned by management from time to time is carried out in accordance with the given instructions.

Qualification- Graduated
