· Resourcing manpower.
· Assisting with HR Manager for other HR-related activities.
· Screening resumes, arranging interviews, offering letters and completing pre-employment formalities.
· Joining formalities like completion of all joining formalities of new employees.
· Assisting in Induction & orientation of New joiner
· Bank account opening, ID cards, Business Cards
· Personnel files maintaining of Ex-employees & New joiner
· Maintaining the Excel sheets, MIS, Data structuring.
· Inventory & Order of local office stationery & printing stationery.
· Smooth running-admin infrastructure (Phone, Security, Water, Electricity, Air Conditioning etc.
· Make necessary arrangements for meetings or events in the office.
· Coordination with vendors for all commercial aspects.
· Inventory control and office equipment maintenance
· Overseeing house-keeping staff to ensure the premise is kept clean
Skills Set:
· Any Graduate with good verbal and written communication.
· Good at managing multiple Tasks.
· Preferable with a background in Front Office, Office Administration will be a good fit.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
