1.1. Initiates the medical record by creating and processing the patient care record folder.
1.2. Gather patient demographic and personal information.
1.3. Maintain quality and accurate records by following hospital procedures.
1.4. Ensures medical records are assembled in standard order and are accurate and complete.
1.5. Ensure patient charts, paperwork and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
1.6. Communicate with Medical Staff, health care team members and patient departments.
