Full Job Description
Work locaion is Mauritius Country (Abroad).Manage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees and clientsUpdate office policies as neededMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsMake sure full efforts done to achieve the Company objectives and goals.All the employees are synergised to reach the company’s objectives and goals. Nobody is against the objectives and Goals.Attending Company’s calls and Follow ups with stake holders of the company.Update the company’s website up to date.Sending the emails and replying the mails.Co-ordination with Banks, Auditors, Creditors, Vendors, customers and other stakeholders.Any deviations in the company operations should be informed to boss from time to time.Schedule in-house and external eventsJob Types: Full-time, VolunteerSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per hourBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementPaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:facemask and hand sanitizerEducation:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
