Roles and Responsibilities Daily monitoring of field force activities through ETMS / reports.
Managing and maintaining back end data files related to the project.
Generating useful insights through data analysis for leadership team.
Preparing monthly presentations for the assigned project.
Meeting deadlines.
Implementation and adherence to systems and processes.
Communicating with field people through mail & phone calls. Desired Candidate Profile The incumbent must have good advanced excel skills.
Self motivated, pro active individuals with eagerness to learn and grow are preferred.
Experience in NGO / community development activity preferred.
Graduates / undergraduates with or without experience will be considered.
