Therefore, the role of Project Manager is a high-impact, customer facing role and is key to our operation and growth.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about Project Management, to join our Professional Services team, to work together with some of the largest tech vendors in the world, and to manage some of their exciting Channel Marketing projects.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

You will plan, establish, and manage projects, and get them over the finish-line at the highest quality, on time and within budget, which will drive maximum customer satisfaction.

You will align projects with customer needs and requirements, construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience.

You will work closely in collaboration with other stakeholders in StructuredWeb, including Customer Success, the Professional Services Implementation team, Solution Engineering, Product Management, R&D and more.

You will also work closely with some of the largest tech vendors in the world and their teams, including the Global Channel Marketing team, IT and Engineering.

You will establish a good working relationship with your counterparts, regularly communicate with them on status and progress, including identifying risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them.

You will learn and become a subject matter expert with the StructuredWeb platform.

As one of StructuredWeb’s experts, you will provide the customer with insights on best ways to increase productivity and ROI, and make data-based decisions.

As the main customer-facing role in StructuredWeb you will be aiding other teams in shaping their work plans based on customer-feedback – User experience, product roadmap, training aids and more.

WHO WILL BE A GOOD FIT

India based professional with 3+ years experience working as a Project Manager or similar roles ( e.g. Implementation Manager) for a B2B SaaS company that is working with Enterprises.

Someone with a strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure and software solutions.

Experience working in or with the Marketing or Channel worlds is an advantage.

PMP or other relevant certification is an advantage.

Someone who is a fast learner of new technologies and has a desire to become a subject-matter-expert.

Someone who has excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Someone with experience in managing projects from conception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Someone with knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage.

Someone who is a team player with problem solving skills.

Someone who is 100% customer-centric and can work in an agile environment with demanding customer deadlines.
